MECHANICAL DESIGN
We discuss your idea, and turn them into digital 3D models and 2D drawings.
FABRICATION
The digital prototype is validated by the customer. Preliminary plastic prototypes are 3D printed. Functional metallic prototypes are fabricated using any combination of CNC machining, manual machining, grinding, welding, investment casting, heat treatment and other processes.

Having served customers in a large range of fields, such as furniture, ship steering gear, marine engines, wind turbine gearboxes and much more, we have accumulated experience that will be valuable to you in your project.
Why use a design house that outsource their machining, when you can get it all under one roof? We actually design and make the components ourselves, hence we don't design parts that are "impossible" or overly complex to machine. If a part needs to be modified after testing, it can be done within hours, not weeks. Your project always has first priority. We only do prototype work, no large series that will need to be finished before we can attend to your project.
